Missing rotisserie and still not arrived 07926899393
Bought the 6x2 bbq along with the spit but it works out you can’t use the ice tray or chopping board when using the spit I have brought this to the attention of the product team to be told it is what it is .wish I’d bought else where
Packaged very well, arrived very quickly. Took a while to put together (allow at least 2-3 hours), instructions were 95% good with a few parts needing a bit of figuring out, but didn't need to use the helpline. Great that the regulator came with the unit, though I wish the website made that clear as I had bought another one. The BBQ was brilliant in use, excellent heat regulation, space for cooking so much food evenly, very high quality materials, well put together, quite easy to clean, removable fat traps and drip tray worked incredibly well. And all very well priced for what was on offer - plus it looks great. Two things for CosmoGrill to consider: offer a large plancha as an extra; also some drawers as storage instead of the open door to the left of the gas bottle.
I've spent quite some time debating whether to purchase my CosmoGrill, I've seen similar products at various other retailers for around the same price. Then CosmoGrill had a sale and I just hit the purchase button. I do not regret it, this this is fantastic. Some of the instructions could be more clear, but they're not the worst I've used. The cooking performance is great and the stainless steel, although a finger print magnet, is really easy to keep clean. Now I just need the British weather to hold out so I can make use of it!
I’m impressed with the quality of materials used and its construction. Packaging was very good, there was a slight deflection to the side of the lid where the box had been dropped but this was quickly straghtened. Assembly is straightforward provided the instructions are followed carefully and step by step, this does take three hours but the end result is worth it.
I wanted stainless steel for ease of cleaning and long life. It pretty much is all stainless although the grease tray looks like galvanised steel (I might be wrong).
Overall I am very pleased with it.
