We understand that sometimes you just can't wait for delivery! Therefore, we are now offering a Click & Collect Service.

Valid photo ID is required at the time of collection. The name and address on the ID must match the details provided on the order. If the details do not match, we reserve the right to refuse release of the item until appropriate verification is provided.
Collections made on your behalf will still require your valid ID, this can be provided by your verified representative
We may be able to accommodate an assembly service on alternative days other than Saturdays and Bank Holidays, subject to availability, please contact us by email for more information.
Please check individual barbecue dimensions on the relevant product page & box dimensions here to ensure it will fit in your vehicle.

Call Ahead: Before arriving, call our office to notify us of your arrival time.

Stay in Your Car: Remain in your vehicle until a team member comes out to greet you.

Safety Protocols: Do not walk around the property unless you have been guided or given approval by a member of our team. This is crucial due to the movement of forklifts and other vehicles.
