WARRANTY INFORMATION
All of our CosmoGrill barbecues are built to last. The materials used are carefully tested to ensure the longevity and performance of the Item. In addition to this, all of this is backed up with our friendly CosmoGrill customer service team who are on hand for advice and assistance. All CosmoGrill Barbecues come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty, however rules apply➀.
Our products are yearly revised by our CosmoGrill Team to ensure that our customers get the best quality and value for money. We ensure that our barbecues maintain the same performance level throughout their journey. We are here for you, if you need help or advise on any point related to the barbecue performance with reference to burners or lightning and more.
If you’d like to make a warranty claim, please ensure that you provide us with your full order details, address, photos of the affected part or barbecue. The claim can be made by sending us an email to the previously provided email address. Please allow us 3-4 working days for us to get back to you. We request customers to avoid sending us multiple emails as this will lead to delays.
Discolouration or slight deformation of parts exposed to the flames such as cooking griddles, flame tamers do not affect the barbecue performance and any claims submitted for such reasons will be automatically withdrawn by our Team and an email with full details will be then emailed to the customer.
Before submitting your warranty claims, kindly note that following points would not be covered under the claim➀:
This Warranty is only valid for the first buyer of the CosmoGrill product, who purchased the product as new from us or from an authorised seller. We are currently active on different online selling platforms where we sell our products. Our shop name on eBay is under “evre-uk”, on Amazon under “Evre24” and on Manomano under “Evre”. We are also proud to be listed on B&Q and OnBuy.
Note: Any replacements issued within 12 months will not extend your warranty time.

- Misuse of the Item (Fat Fires)
- Inappropriate assembly of the Item
- Rusting, this only occurs when the cleaning and storage instructions are incorrectly followed.
- Use of the barbecue for trade, professional or hire purposes.
- Use of a faulty or Incorrect regulator (please always follow manual instructions).
- Damage from foreign objects/accidents or adverse weather.
- Use of inadequate heavy duty cover to store the barbecue. We highly advise customers to use the 600D Oxford Fabric Cover to secure the Item’s longevity.
