Delivered on the precise day that I requested, husband has assembled it with ease and is very pleased with it. A robust and sturdy BBQ
First time off set smoker, so was expecting to have a steep learning curve. Overall I would say it is a robust smoker only let down by a 5mm or so gap on the fire box door making heat management somewhat harder than it maybe needs to be.
Normally you have sufficient tools for the job however I had to purchase a second socket set to attach the wheels and they are not that tight and still flap around
Really pleased with it. Took maybe 90 mins to assemble but I did it myself. It's sturdy and was straight forward. I have used it a couple of times and it cooks really well - lots of space for cooking for a decent number of people. It could come with more instructions around things like smoking etc. - I haven't worked out how to do low and slow yet but I will. It feels like good quality for the price and it looks great.
XXXL Offset Smoker Charcoal Barbecue
Solid and well made. Everything lined up well putting it together, easy enough to do. Very heavy to move, but that is the point. I like cooking this way, and got this to replace rusting cheap and flimsy old one. Even has gaskets, but smoke will still escape from hinge side. Stable temperature easy to maintain, I use wood, instructions say not to, but worked fine for me.
