Ordered direct. Helpful in ordering process. Delivery on time. Took a little longer to construct and think printed instructions could have been more explicit. Once constructed looks great but no gas regulator included, so be aware of that. Overall good experience.
It arrived on time. Assembly was easy and I ordered the flat plate and the smoker. Looking forward to getting it fired up this weekend with all my guests looking on enviously at the bbq making me look good.

Easy to assemble the only difficulty was the gas cylinder and connector which surprisingly you do not supply
Never heard of cosmogrill before, but everything from ordering to reviewing the goods went flawlessly. Received in 2 separate boxes, easy enough to out together, not actually used the grill yet but so far so good
