I ordered to be delivered last Friday.Had an email from DPD to say I’d changed delivery date to Tuesday ( which I hadn’t as this was my husbands birthday present).Still haven’t received it or heard anything.
Very happy with the grill and service. One piece was damaged during shipment. Contacted support and they replaced the part immediately. Using the grill has been a joy. Very happy with the product
This item arrived extremely quickly… it was super easy to assemble, only took one person to do it over a period of two hours.
It looks absolutely amazing, so far no issues whatsoever. I love the fact that you can take the gas bottle within the unit, Super easy to clean…
My only ask would be, that there was some more accessories to use…😀😀😀😀😀 happy to receive any free items if you have any…..
Construction okay, did it easily enough on my own, bit vague at times the instruction. Very sturdy and the double thickness helped with heat loss. Liked the different heat zones, so will be able to different items at different times. Will certainly try smoking in it and very hopeful of good results, will save me starting up my old smoker for small items. The cover was very robust and the Velcro straps will stop it blowing off in the wind. Good price, compared it to Amazon Prime day and still cheaper at Cosmo! The packaging for delivery is probably one of the best I’ve seen..
I never wanted a gas bbq - my husband did. He does the cooking on the BBQ - so he gets the day I guess. We were sick of trying to cater for more than 3 of us on our tiny charcoal bbq and began looking at gas ones. We found cosmo grill on Amazon and we were ready to make a purchase when I decided to look on cosmo grills website. Not only were they cheaper but also provided next day delivery! So we ended up getting the premium black plus a cover. We are so impressed. It looks amazing, it’s sturdy, comes with the gas pipe unlike others and my husband loves cooking on it, our friends love it too!
