Where to start, I got next day delivery which was a great service for such a large grill, delivered by DPD again good service. The grill however has lots of areas of minor damage, bent panels, rust on one of the chrome effect handles. After first use, most of what appears to be a protective paint coating on the grille has now come off revealing the bare metal below, the grill lid doesn't quite line up despite fitting correctly.
Overall I would not purchase this particular grill again due to the issues I've noted. What looked like a great grill turned out to be just ok.
The Ignis smoker arrived in two boxes and took around two hours to assemble. It is good quality however the lid did have a large dent when unpacked.
Took time to put together but the instructions were easy to follow.
I like the features of the side tables and the air-vent controls together with teh under BBQ storage.
The large surface area is brilliant and the dual coal stations allows different temperature zones not to mention the variable height of the coals.
Very pleased with this product.
The Ignis is a great BBQ with many different variations of heat control. The height adjustable trays are ideal for heat control and the tray is great for cleaning afterwards. The only downside is that there too many air gaps to create the smoker affect.
