Had my COSMOGRILL pro for around a year now and all is good. But then read about the benefits of cast iron grill plates. As a keen BBQer I thought let’s give it a go. 100% Glad I did. Cast iron is easier to clean stays hotter longer and the way it sears the meat with them Burn marked adds so much more flavour. Well worth the investment
