I am very pleased with the cover that fits perfectly 🥰 I purchased the bbq from the range and was surprised that the self assembly took 2.5hrs due to the coal fuel side level adjuster had been assembled incorrectly and would not ever have worked as it should have, also the ignition on the single burner does not ignite the gas and I have to use a lighter ... apart from that I think the initial is good.

Two covers have only lasted one summer each. They are affected by the sun, perish and then rip very easy. To obtain the first replacement was good and one was sent quickly. I sent a complaint about my second cover in October, customer service has been awful and despite jumping through hoops to give the company what evidence they require it is now February and this has still not been resolved. So awful customer service.
