Just great product - solid and good quality!
Customer service is also amazing - I was missing a screw and they sent it via post straight away!!!

Product was not good quality and damaged. Customer services were the worst that we have ever experienced. We decided to give it up as a bad experience and decided not to pursue with trying to get things sorted out.

Worst experience that we have ever had

Product was not good quality and damaged. Customer services were the worst that we have ever experienced. We decided to give it up as a bad experience and decided not to pursue with trying to get things sorted out.

While rare, we acknowledged that your item arrived with transit issues. We work with DPD due to their strong track record for reliable deliveries, but when issues do occur, we aim to resolve them as swiftly as possible. Our support team responded promptly and offered replacement parts for the concerns raised. When additional damage was later discovered, we extended our support again.

We understood that you preferred to return the item. However, as the original packaging had already been discarded, we were unable to proceed with a return in line with our returns policy, which requires items to be in their original packaging for a safe and secure return.

That said, we’re happy to make an exception in this case and accept the item back, provided it has not been used and is securely packaged in suitable alternative boxes for transit. Should you require any further assistance, our team is still here and happy to help via [support@cosmogrill.co.uk].

I purchased the XXL CosmoGrill and it…

I purchased the XXL CosmoGrill and it arrived promptly in 2 packages. With trepidation I opened the boxes with the intention of assembling it by myself. 2 hours later I was finished!! Now that is not a testament to my diy skills but indeed a huge indictment of the quality of both the product and indeed the instructions and packaging, all necessary nuts, bolts and other essentials were clearly marked both in the instructions and on the packaging!

Great Product needs manual update!!!

Great product but needs manual update urgently as you might need to reassemble if not first parts placed on the right way. Unfortunately I placed them wrong as there was no indication to make sure the side parts of grill to be placed in a certain way and spend to much time with it. Other than thay its a great grill. Used it 6 times so far and seems great in all aspects. Check the pictures so you dont make the same mistake i did and spend too much time building it 😃

The grill looks great

The grill looks great - good design and really looks the part. It was difficult to put together though... it took two of us working together 3.5 hours to get it right!

I recently received a cosmo grill bbq…

I recently received a cosmo grill bbq as a Christmas present, there was a small issue with it but we had a speedy resolution to the problem thanks to Kieran who was so helpful and quickly replied to my messages. I definitely recommend cosmo grill and look forward to the warmer weather so I can use it.

Missing parts

Got this for a Christmas present for my husband (his request) it arrived in multiple boxes with some elements outside the box and wrapped in random cardboard for other products. The BBQ took quite a while to assemble and there were parts missing i.e. gas connector and some holes don't align which was a real downer given all the effort to build.. I get the impression this was a previously returned product that has sent back out again. Have reached out to customer service to try and resolve.
If it had been in working order it looks really good, fingers crossed CS are responsive.

Brilliant seller EVRE and Customer Service

I bought an armchair with a footrest through B&Q from EVRE b rown imitation leather that perfectly matches my sofa. At the end of assembling the armchair, it turned out that there was a hole in one of the armrests and the other had scratch marks. I reported the problem through the B&Q website, which slightly lengthens the waiting time for contact with the seller, but contrary to my concerns, it did not take long. I did not want to return the whole things, because I really liked the set, so only the elements I indicated were replaced. The replacement was quick and efficient. I have a comfortable armchair with a footrest at home, free from defects. I recommend the company and the set.
